John Clark Volvo Service Account lasts for 2 years or 28,000 miles (whichever occurs first).
We believe that every Volvo should stay a Volvo. That is why all work
covered by the John Clark Volvo Service Account will be carried out by
fully qualified Volvo Approved Technicians who only use Genuine Volvo Parts
with a 2-year unlimited mileage warranty.
Should you change your Volvo before the expiry of the package, the
remaining benefits are fully transferable to your new car up to the end
date of your plan.

Terms and conditions
1. The John Clark Volvo Service Account cover the following items:
Volvo Service Inclusive covers the cost of parts, labour and fluids for the following service items: engine oil service, brake fluid, micro filter. These items are covered from the date the Service Plan begins, up to a period of 2 years or 28,000 miles (whichever occurs sooner).
2. Items not specifically mentioned above and items requiring
replacement or repair due to excessive wear and tear or misuse are not
covered by John Clark Volvo Service Account.
3. Work carried out under the John Clark Volvo Service Account programmes
will be indicated by the vehicle's on-board computer and Volvo
guidelines. Work must be carried out in line with Volvo service schedules
and Volvo repair instructions (copies of which are available on request)
which may be updated or vary from time to time according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
4. If vehicles have undergone any form of unapproved aftermarket tuning
or performance enhancement, any right to request services or parts
under the John Clark Volvo Service Account, ceases with immediate effect.
5. Servicing must be carried out at the selling dealer by Volvo Approved Technicians as specified in the Owner's Manual.
6. John Clark Volvo Service Account is transferable to your new car up to the end date of your account.
7. The prices above are valid from 1st Sep 2012. (prices may be updated or vary from time to time according to the manufacturer's instructions)
8. Costs paid into your John Clark Volvo Service Account are non refundable.
